My journey to the Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership degree.
As of March 8, 2026, my cohort 3 pals and I are officially to the halfway mark of our degree program. This past 18 months has flown by. Some months have been tougher than others, but I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything.

This is a placeholder for my dissertation, which is in progress. I am currently working on drafts of chapters 1 and 2. My research focus is how city managers access their roles, and how that differs for men and women. My dissertation chair is Dr. Chris Bollinger.
